REPLACING THE PADDLE-WHEEL FOR TYPE 8020 OR 8025

Stop the flow of fluid and depressurize the pipes before dismounting the device from the pipe.•

Before starting work, make sure that you switch off the supply voltage and secure it to prevent restarting.•

Respect the regulations on accident prevention and safety relating to the use of aggressive fluids.•

Ensure that the installation and maintenance are carried out by qualified personnel, with appropriate tools.•

Material:

a pin punch•

safety gloves•

Instructions:

Carefully remove the ceramic spindle of the paddle-wheel 1.

using a pin punch.

Put in place the new paddle-wheel.2.

Carefully insert the spindle by one of the holes of the finger, 3.

through the paddle-wheel and adjust it to the center of

the PVDF finger.

Make sure the paddle-wheel turns freely.4.

Hot crimp the spindle on both sides to avoid it from coming out.5.

Stopper la circulation du fluide et évacuer la pression des conduites avant de désolidariser l‘appareil de la conduite.•

Couper et consigner l'alimentation électrique avant d'intervenir sur l'appareil.•

Respecter la règlementation en vigueur en matière de prévention des accidents et de sécurité relative à l'utilisation de fluides •

agressifs.

Veiller à ce que les travaux d‘installation et de maintenance soient effectués par du personnel qualifié et habilité, disposant •

des outils appropriés.

Matériel :

un chasse-goupille•

des gants de protection •

Instructions :

Chasser avec soin l’axe en céramique de l’ailette, à l’aide d’un chasse-goupille. 1.

Mettre en place la nouvelle ailette.2.

Insérer avec précaution l’axe par l’un des orifices du doigt en PVDF et au travers de l’ailette, puis le centrer par 3.

rapport au doigt.

Vérifier la libre rotation de l’ailette.4.

Sertir à chaud l’axe des deux côtés afin qu’il ne puisse pas sortir de son logement.5.
